How do I buy ECG prepaid credit?

Can I pay my Ghana Water bill?
Yes. Enter your meter number and the phone number it is registered to. We show the amount due and you confirm the payment.
Which TV subscriptions can I renew?
You can renew DStv, GOtv and Telecel Broadband. Enter your smartcard, IUC or account number and we show the amount due before you pay.
How long do bill payments take?
Most payments go through within minutes and you get a receipt. If a payment fails, the money returns to your wallet automatically.
What are the limits?
Electricity purchases are from GH₵ 5.00 to GH₵ 5,000.00. TV and water payments use the exact amount due.
